This project involved designing a digital kiosk interface for illy, a globally recognized premium coffee brand. The kiosk was placed in a high-traffic retail area to offer product information, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling in an elegant and interactive way.
My Role & Approach
I created a clean, refined UI layout that highlighted illy’s Italian sophistication while ensuring a seamless experience for all users. The UX focused on simplicity: clear navigation, touch-friendly buttons, and intuitive flows that led users through product details, coffee origin stories, and QR-based coupon offers.
Design elements such as muted reds, soft shadows, and typography matching illy’s identity were applied to evoke the brand’s iconic, minimal warmth.
Design Outcome
The kiosk became a central point for engaging new customers and strengthening brand presence in offline settings. It visually communicated illy’s values—craftsmanship, taste, and premium lifestyle—while enhancing the coffee-buying journey.
