Kiehl's — Baby Penguin Campaign Illustration

A brand illustration and motion video created for Kiehl's Since 1851, one of the world's most iconic skincare heritage brands.

Inspired by Kiehl's long-standing commitment to environmental conservation — including their partnership with the Penguin Conservation Programme — this piece brings five baby emperor penguins to life through hand-crafted digital illustration. Every feather, shadow, and breath of snow was drawn with a soft, tactile technique that blends the warmth of traditional media with digital precision.

The still illustration was then extended into a motion video, where the penguins gently sway and interact — translating emotion into movement and giving the brand a living, breathing visual.
